Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it has been placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to the shipping address provided at checkout.
During peak periods, promotional events, and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time refers to the estimated transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delayed processing, failed delivery, or order cancellation.
If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you by email to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We will do our best to update your shipping information, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after this time, especially if your order has already entered processing or been dispatched.
Delayed Delivery

However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control. These may include courier disruptions, severe weather, customs delays, transportation issues, address verification problems, payment processing delays, or product availability issues.
If we become aware of an issue that may delay your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.
Please note that OptiFlow is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer within our direct control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please contact us at info.optiflow@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly, as most carriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that OptiFlow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these situations fall outside of our standard refund policy.
Depending on the situation, we may offer further assistance or a replacement at our discretion.
If a package cannot be located, we recommend filing a claim with the courier and, where appropriate, filing a police report.
