Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes or cancel your order, as it may have already entered the processing or fulfillment stage.
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take care when packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping.
An item is considered damaged if the product itself is defective or physically broken. Damage to external packaging, such as dented boxes or minor shipping wear, is not considered product damage if the item inside is still in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info.optiflow@gmail.com and include a clear photo of the damage.
Once reviewed, we will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, OptiFlow is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control. This includes delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, carrier issues, or other shipping-related disruptions.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance.
OptiFlow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
If the order has already been processed or shipped to the incorrect address, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
